Dodgy
We bought a minibus from these people at the beginning of the year. We were promised that the vehicle would be delivered to us MOT'd, serviced and with a full tank of fuel. When it was dropped off, the tank was virtually empty and the first time we used it, it wouldn't start and an indicator light was out. We contacted Fishwicks and after about 2 days they finally got back to us and picked the vehicle up for repair. It was well over a week before it was finally returned to us. Again the tank was all but empty and we were told that the alternator and a lightbulb had failed. Surely these things would have been apparent when servicing and MOTing the vehicle. Then we checked the service/MOT history folder that had been provided by Fishwicks and there was no MOT certificate for 2011. When we contacted them about this, they implied that we must have lost it and charged us 20 quid for a duplicate. After that, an indicator light failed and when they were contacted again, they just said "go to Halfords and grab a replacement bulb". Halfords told me that the fault was electrical, so I had to ring Fishwicks again. This time they told me that the warranty had run out in March, but they would match any quote for the repair. I'm afraid that this company has arguably the poorest after sales that I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I am now having to arrange a repair for a 5 grand minibus that has been used just once or twice in six months.

Superb
Bought a vehicle form fishwick and i was very pleased with my purchase after a week there became a problem with the alternator, i called them straight away as i could not get the vehicle on my school contract, (fortunately i had a back up) after speaking with them they told me they would send a replacement bus down take this back and repair it, Not more than 4 hours passed and the replacement bus was here in time for the afternoon school, The following day i got a call about dinner time to say it had been fixed and would i like ti back later on that day or early hours the next, I opted for early hours and hey presto 7am the next day the driver was out side my door, 3 weeks have now passed and no a single problem, i have been very please with the service, unfortunately vehicles do go wrong from time to time but couldnt ask for more off Fishwicks, Thanks
